Terms of service

1. 📦 Order & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather, courier delays, stock issues).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to be available at the time of delivery.

2. 💰 Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery only.

  • You pay the full product price plus delivery charge upon receiving the item.

3. 🔁 Return & Exchange

  • If you don’t like the product, you may return it on the spot during delivery by opening it in front of the delivery person. You only need to pay the delivery charge.

  • Once the product is accepted and the delivery person has left, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.

Exchange is possible if:

  • The product is damaged (fabric tear, broken zipper, stitching issue, etc.)

  • You received a wrong item (wrong color, model)

To claim an exchange:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours

  • Share photo/video proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

4. 🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in being blacklisted from future orders.

5. 📷 Product Photos & Colors

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.

  • We try our best to represent all items accurately, but minor variation is normal in fabric products.

6. 🔒 Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data (phone number, address) is only used for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not share your information with third parties without your permission.
